Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our ambitious program focused on achieving end-to-end connectivity across our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire program and its related projects to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our organizational goals. This position reports directly to senior management and will have 2-5 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Oversight: Serve as the guide of the program and oversee all aspects from inception to completion. Also ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2. Planning and Budgeting: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, budgets, and schedules, and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

3. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all projects within the program align with the organization's strategic goals and facilitate effective decision-making and program direction.

4. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues across the program and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

5. Change Management: Oversee the change control process to ensure all changes are assessed, approved, and communicated effectively across the program and its projects.

6. Communication: Develop and execute detailed communication plans to ensure all stakeholders and leadership are kept informed about the program's progress, risks, and changes.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder communications and engagement to guarantee their needs and concerns are addressed to foster strong relationships and program support.

8. Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular program and project status reports to provide clear and concise updates on progress, milestones, and any issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful program delivery, preferably within the marketing or advertising industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, advertising, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
