Your Role:
A Producer at McCann New York is passionate about creative and finding ways to make great work! Our producers are not only the main liaise between account and creative teams and our production partners, but they are also multi-taskers who produce creative across all platforms. You will leverage your understanding of production to guide teams and clients through a project lifecycle. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively to drive decisions and next steps.
What You'll Do...
Work directly with account, project management and creative teams to understand the overall business objectives and strategies for production deliverables
Plan production processes, including but not limited to managing deliverables, budgets, schedules, talent contracts, in its entirety from pre-production through to delivery
Engage and select production partners, triple bidding vendors as required, negotiating competitive rates
Research emerging trends and technology to implement innovative production solutions
Directs and organizes pre/post-production and production activities from start to finish such as casting, location scouting, on set shooting, insurance, crewing, music, offline and online edits etc., delivery and playouts, and/or manage external parties involved in production activities
Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects
Create and oversee/manage production schedules
Maintain communication with creative, account management, and project management to ensure smooth workflow
Produce all forms of content from conception to completion with a strong focus on video
What You Bring ...
2-5 years agency experience or similar directly producing a variety of productions
A passion for all aspects of creative
Possess a creative mind with a love of all things production
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail oriented with excellent organization, communication and time management skills
Solid and developing proficiency of production processes from creative concepts through to delivery
Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
Experience managing project financials
Bilingual or an understanding of the Spanish language is preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $100,000 USD. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Location
McCann New York team members must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York Tristate area unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager and McCann New York's Human Resources team. McCann New York is a hybrid workplace with three days in office a week.
