Provides executive administrative support for the Office of the Vice President for University Relations with additional duties as required Collaborates with multiple Vice Presidents' leadership teams and staff, including all levels of University Administrators to schedule meetings, and provide meeting support and logistics for executives.
Given the nature of the work performed, this position must maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with constituencies, make quick and informed. judgements when responding to callers and visitors, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Produces and manages projects, be a point person for the university events team for conferences for units within the office of Vice President for University Relations (VPUR), and serves as the primary office contact for the VPUR Indianapolis Office.
Develops project plans, coordinates and supervises the project team.
Communicates changes in tasks, goals, or performance. Ensures project objectives are achieved within set lime frames and budget.
Acts as primary contact for building management for Indianapolis office space.
Other duties as assigned.

Develops project plan(s) and efficiently analyzes, tracks, forecasts, and reports on project metrics and shortfalls.
Coordinates and facilitates efforts of project team(s) consisting of various staff and hourly employees.
Communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
Collaborates to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established time frames.
Participates in client meetings, vendor/contract decisions, and development of project requirements and specifications.
May provide guidance and support to less experienced peers.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment.
