Job Description:

Job Summary

• Review all incoming purchase orders for accuracy


• Validate customer parts specs and pricing are current


• Create and Issue PO’s to fabricators


• Assist with Issuing processing orders to inside sales team as required for raw materials.


• Ensure materials are transferred to Fabricators in a timely manner


• Procurement and logistics of fabricated parts. Both Incoming and Outgoing


• Create BOL’s for fabricated parts shipping to customers.


• Requisitioning Purchase orders


• Work with Fabrication Partners to ensure quality products are delivered to customer on time.


• Answer customers’ questions regarding scheduled deliveries and help resolve complaints on products furnished, to achieve greatest possible customer satisfaction.


• Reconcile production reports and review for New Part Setup


• Invoice fabrication


• Coordinate with outside sales representatives and Fabrication Manager to assure optimum lead time and inventory levels, to help resolve customer complaints, and to keep outside sales representatives informed as to daily activity of major accounts


• Above are the primary duties but not limited to other duties as required by fabrication 

Qualifications

• Worked in or has been around manufacturing industries
