As a Marketing Solutions Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding and guiding initial discovery of customers marketing needs, strategy, and reporting.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Receiving new sales opportunities and building sales pipeline through various channels to help close our Marketing Services Solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to effectively close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
  • Building Marketing Qualified Leads / Marketing Support:
  • Generating pipeline via marketing campaigns and other identified GTM tactics.
  • Participate in other marketing functions as needed, providing an opportunity to expand skills and experience in various areas of marketing, contributing to personal and professional development.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Creating compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to potential customers.
  • Tailoring presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of each customer to maximize engagement and interest.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Understand customer needs, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Provide Voice-of-Customer to product and sales team based on customer interactions and evaluation of customer usage and satisfaction data.
  • Facilitating introductions between customers and our Marketing Account Managers to initiate the campaign planning process and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Negotiation and Closing
  • Leading negotiations with customers to establish terms of sales agreements and contracts that align with both parties' objectives.
  • Closing sales in a timely manner to meet or exceed sales/revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelors - Required
  • Masters - Preferred
  • Years of Experience: 2+
  • Additional Skills and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing & sales/sales support/customer service/account management experience
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and SharePoint
  • Experience with accessing/using a variety applications and systems: Salesforce, billing and contracting systems
  • Strong writing and presentation skills for external stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in campaign operations and marketing automation platforms --preferably in a multi-channel or omni-channel environment
  • Agency background is preferred
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Physical Requirements - North America Only

  • Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
