HR Coordinator - $26-$31/hr at Roth Staffing Companies in Bloomington, Minnesota

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer weekly payroll and collect data.


• Monitor and report weekly hours worked by temporary staff to staffing agencies.


• Ensure the payroll system is updated and maintained for accuracy.


• Process payroll-related entries, including journals, activities, and adjustments.


• Produce reports on labor, headcount, attendance, FSA, 401K, and overall payroll.


• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with any modifications to their benefit selections.


• Compile detailed benefits summaries for employees.


• Manage payroll and personnel documentation.


• Track employee performance and attendance records.


• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and manage workers' compensation filings.


• Support the recruitment process as required.


• Manage orientation sessions for new employees.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, particularly in weekly payroll management.


• Familiarity with Paylocity is highly beneficial.


• Possession of a high school diploma.


• Must be detail-oriented and skilled in using Microsoft Excel.


• Ability to handle frequent employee interactions with patience.


• Broad experience or familiarity with various HR tasks, including recruitment and employee relations.


• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new settings.


• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous

Additional Info:

• Pay: $26-$31/hr


• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM (Can start as early as 7 AM if needed.)


• Location: 100% Onsite
