Location: Hybrid (WFH 2 days/week)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Responsible for participating in program management activities, supporting and facilitating the distribution of reports and communication documents, and assisting with process improvement initiatives designed to improve customer service.

How you will make an impact:

  • Ensures timely, compliant, and accurate completion of program deliverables.
  • Prepares and maintains reports for review by departmental management related to assigned program activities.
  • Collaborates with departments and completes day-to-day activities related to program assignment, including data entry and correction of errors.
  • Completes the coordination, authorization, fulfillment, monitoring, and tracking of health care services.
  • Partners with functional area experts and/or program managers to develop concise, complete, accurate, and clear specifications of program deliverables.
  • Achieve weekly goals pertaining to the assigned brand programs and the contractual metrics in order to help support in achieving contractual service fees.
Minimum Requirements:

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years experience in a general office/administrative environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Managed healthcare experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other departments .
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent organization skills required and the ability to work on multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office software; which includes Excel, Word and Outlook
