The Employer Brand Intern position involves supporting the HR and marketing teams across various projects related to employer branding, recruitment branding and related efforts. This includes assisting with social media management and creating recruitment campaigns.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an Employer Brand Intern, responsibilities include assisting with employer branding efforts and managing social media channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Instagram for talent acquisition and employee engagement purposes. In addition, this role will support the team in creating career fair campaigns, conducting market research on competitors' recruitment strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support key initiatives. The Employer Brand Intern will play an integral role in crafting and sharing the employee experience by interviewing employees and transforming it into compelling shareable content.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills having proficiency in social media management.
Familiarity with marketing principles.
