Must-Have Skills:
2-4 years Data Entry background
SAP experience (or similar tech to SAP) need to be able to navigate ERP databases
MS Excel knowledge
Strong communication skills
Organization skills
Preferred/ Nice to Have:
Experience in Food Regulatory Affairs relating to confectionery or salty snacks preferred but not required.
What they will be doing:
Maintenance and governance of third-party claims, particularly kosher certification.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure updated kosher certificates.
Liaising with the Orthodox Union for kosher certification.
Reviewing and improving internal data accuracy and processes for kosher and other certifications.
Organizing document packages for various certifications (e.g., GMO, gluten-free).
Compiling export documents for global partners, including packaging proofs and nutrition facts.
Reviewing label information for accuracy before dissemination to customer-facing databases.
Key Responsibilities & Actions:
General maintenance and governance of third-party certifications for kosher/ halal, Organic, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Whole Grains etc. for ingredients and finished confectionery/snack products for the US and Global portfolios.
Collection and correlation of a broad variety of data needed to register exported products in global markets.
Assist team in creation and collection of documents needed to fulfill customer requests for nutrition and other regulatory materials. Enter and maintain documents within customer portal, and internal systems.
Evaluate nutrition label information for accuracy before releasing to consumer facing database.
