To assist in the effective operation of the company and in achieving the Strategic Objective through implementing administrative services systems that support and optimize the manager's ability to manage time and resources to achieve optimum results.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Leadership Team
Make travel arrangements: airfare, transportation, hotel, meals and entertainment with clients and other
Greet visitors
Maintain manager's calendar
Process manager's expense reports
Reconcile manager's personal credit card statements with expenses submitted
Answer phones and relay messages
Archive correspondence in approved software and other locations as request
Document processes and run ad hoc reports
Coordinate department/cross department meeting and/or event logistics (invites, room and equipment reservations, refreshments)
Coordinate client visits to Arlington site (travel, lodging, meals, meetings, entertainment)
Coordinate gifts for clients and department team members
Qualifications
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Problem solving skills
3. Beginner level proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
