The Select Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the top utility company in the San Diego, CA. This role is on-site located in El Cajon, CA.
Work Schedule: 100% On-Site
Work Hours: 6:30AM-3:30PM
Required Qualifications:
2-4+ years of administrative experience within a corporate office environment
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and professional email correspondence
Data entry experience and technical aptitude to navigate internal databases
Ability to file documents based on company's records retention policies
Team player: willingness to put in the work to be successful in the role
Eager to learn and ability to retain knowledge on processes and procedures during training
Self-starter: skills to identify and implement new processes to increase the productivity of the team
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills to effectively support team
Problem solving, organization, and time management skills
Daily Responsibilities:
Works in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
Performs advanced and highly complex administrative/clerical functions in support of Service Planners and Service Coordinators
Anticipates needs and works proactively to complete required tasks
Works independently, as well as with various teams and plans or schedules own work
Meets important deadlines, responds to requests within the desired time frames, and communicates in advance problems that may prohibit meeting schedules
Accurately assembles work orders reports and work orders for distribution to related departments
Reviews written material for accuracy and completeness
Maintains records and reconciles report data
Takes appropriate action to gather additional information as needed
Demonstrates systems proficiency and workstation skills to access information and provide answers to inquiries on customer projects
