Our client is an outstanding lobbying organization, which partners with some of the most prestigious companies and organizations in the world, including household names, brands and organizations.

Their team is seeking a dynamic, organized and motivated Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive support to their firm's Managing Founder and Partner, in a hybrid role (work from home and in office), based in Midtown Manhattan, NYC.

This role is crucial within a small, dynamic team environment, requiring a candidate who excels in collaboration and effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented approach, adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills. Serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, this position is instrumental in facilitating seamless communication and supporting the strategic objectives of the Managing Partner, as well as the firm at large.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate as part of a small, dedicated team, providing pivotal support to the Managing Founder and Partner and coordinating with other team members to achieve the firm's goals.
  • Managing Founder and Partner Support: Offer direct administrative support to the Managing Founder and Partner, managing their schedule to prioritize their commitments and ensuring they are well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and other staff, as well as external partners, to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Manage all aspects of meetings and events for the Managing Partner, including email inbox management, scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Strategic Assistance: Assist the Managing Partner in preparing for strategic meetings and presentations by conducting research, compiling data, and drafting reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Strong team player with the capability to work effectively in a small team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience providing high-level support to executive management, ideally with experience supporting a Managing Founder, Partner, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and projects in support of the Managing Founder and Partner for the organization.
  • Proven discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
