Are you ready to embark on a linguistic journey as the backbone of a dynamic law office thriving in the heart of downtown Chicago? Our client is on the hunt for a Bilingual Office Assistant with exceptional customer service skills who can weave their magic fluently in both Spanish and English! You will be instrumental in managing the flow of visitors, clients and vendors who come into the office daily.

Bilingual Office Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Run the front desk and greet guests as they come into the office
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and transfer to internal employees
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
  • Handle mailing duties, copying and filing throughout the day

Bilingual Office Assistant Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, ready to conquer written and verbal translation for clients and attorneys
  • Prior professional experience in an administrative capacity
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to commute to downtown Chicago
