Bilingual Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Run the front desk and greet guests as they come into the office
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and transfer to internal employees
Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
Handle mailing duties, copying and filing throughout the day
Bilingual Office Assistant Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, ready to conquer written and verbal translation for clients and attorneys
Prior professional experience in an administrative capacity
Professional demeanor and appearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to commute to downtown Chicago
