We have 3 programs located in Rancho Santa Fe, Carlsbad and Del Mar, California offering evidenced-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Somatic Therapy, Family Therapy, IFS, ACT and Expressive Arts Therapy along with holistic modalities such as Mindfulness Practices, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Shamanic Healing & Journeying, Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls, Reiki Energy Healing, TRE Trauma Release, Ayurveda and Earthing. We also offer Equine Therapy outings, Organic Gardening & Sustainable Living, Plant-Based Cooking & Nutrition, Life Skills, Journaling & Goal Setting, and Nature Therapy.
Role Description
As a member of our Direct Care Team at Villa Kali Ma, you will provide compassionate and personalized care for up to 6 clients in our program. We are currently offering both full and part-time on-site positions at our locations in Rancho Santa Fe and Carlsbad, CA. Your duties will include supporting and attending to clients as needed during the night, night rounds to ensure client safety every 2 hours unless otherwise requested by attending medical personnel, supervising and documenting medication administration, performing medication counts, documenting in clients charts using an Electronic Medical Records system, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success in delivering our treatment program to each individual client.
Qualifications
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - We offer 20 hours of paid training for the right candidates.
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain boundaries with kindness and confidence.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to show compassion and empathy towards others.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
TB Test required yearly.
Ability to pass a Background Check required.
Driver License and copy of Driving Record required.
Compensation for full-time employee also includes Heath Insurance Plan and 401K participation.
