Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in the US providing a wide range of energy-related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished Administrative Assistant.

JOB OVERVIEW:
  • TITLE: Administrative Assistant (Work Order Coordinator) JOB ID: 23-00941
  • LOCATION: Onsite @ 500 Route 208, Monroe, NY 10950
  • DURATION: 3 Month Contract with possible extension
  • PAY RATE: $30.00/hr.
  • HOURS: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm M- F

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Motivated self-starter with experience processing work orders and maintaining system assets.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot processing errors and quickly understand and master different work systems.
  • Good telephone manners and ability to support field forces throughout the day.
  • High school diploma required, experience in similar office work (minimum 2+ years' experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel, word)
  • Experience needs to be related to processing work orders.
