Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assist PMO Team with daily activities to include:
- Record meeting minutes
- Schedule Meeting invites
- Send meeting reminders
- Send pre- and post-meeting materials
- Send follow-up reminders for deliverables
- Track and communicate meeting deliverables
- Maintain accurate list of RAN advisors (suppliers), internal RA leadership, and ATLAS champions
- Communicate status of meeting responses to the PMO team
- Track and process invoices
- Track purchase order status for suppliers
- Maintain supplier documentation
- Maintain documentation in SharePoint
- Monitor shared mailbox
Required Skills: - Detail oriented
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ariba experience desired
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and management
- Ability to work autonomously with little oversight of day-to-day work
