Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assist PMO Team with daily activities to include:

  • Record meeting minutes

  • Schedule Meeting invites

  • Send meeting reminders

  • Send pre- and post-meeting materials

  • Send follow-up reminders for deliverables

  • Track and communicate meeting deliverables

  • Maintain accurate list of RAN advisors (suppliers), internal RA leadership, and ATLAS champions

  • Communicate status of meeting responses to the PMO team

  • Track and process invoices

  • Track purchase order status for suppliers

  • Maintain supplier documentation

  • Maintain documentation in SharePoint

  • Monitor shared mailbox

Required Skills:
  • Detail oriented

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

  • Ariba experience desired

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and management

  • Ability to work autonomously with little oversight of day-to-day work
