Reports to Director of Surgical Services. The OR Manager has 4 leads that report directly to this role, and then the staff and RN educator report to those leads. The department in total has 200 FTE and they run 12 ORs - inpatient only for this role.
Looking for: strong leader able to maintain a fast pace and who is good with staff. Team Steps and Just Culture, they are an HRO (High-Reliability Organization) and all team members are certified in this. Must be good at working with the docs but also backing up the staff.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
2 years of management experience.
3 years of clinical experience.
3 years of leadership experience in surgical services.
