Job Summary:
We are seeking a Principal Data Analyst, to lead our analytics team in driving advanced analytics initiatives, informing strategic decisions, optimizing marketing campaigns, and enhancing overall business performance. The ideal candidate will bring a robust quantitative analysis background, deep experience in digital marketing analytics, and a proven ability to work with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Google, and Meta environments.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team in performing advanced analytics, including qualitative and quantitative analyses, to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights across various data sources. • Develop and implement models and strategies for campaign analytics in Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, and Display, leveraging data from Snowflake, Google, and Meta platforms. • Foster the adoption and integration of MarTech solutions, including GA4, Megalista, and CAPI, to enhance marketing efforts and data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies. • Ensure data integrity and compliance, particularly in the management and use of data cleanrooms. • Drive professional development and mentorship within the analytics team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications: • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in a Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role, with a preference for candidates with experience leading advanced analytics at scale. • Proficiency with SAS, Teradata, Python, and Tableau. • Demonstrated experience with Snowflake, Google, and Meta analytics and advertising platforms. • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
