Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Restoration Estimator. This is an amazing opportunity for an energetic, meticulously detailed self-starter to gain experience with a rapidly growing company. As an Estimator, you will be required to write all exterior estimates in Xactimate. The ideal candidate is organized and has incredible attention to detail. The candidate must have Xactimate experience with exterior claims.

Responsibilities

• Creating Xactimate Estimates for all interior and exterior claims
• Updating our company tracking system
• Ensuring all estimate packages put together have all supporting details and documentation needed.
• Continuing technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing online forums.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing estimates in a timely manner

Skills

• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Preferred Xactimate Experience
• Symbilty/Core Logic Experience Preferred
• Preferred Roofing Experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge Google and GSuite
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
• Gsuite experience preferred
• Monday.com experience preferred
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and experience working remotely preferred.
• Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours
• Comfortability with Hybrid work environment
• A fast and reliable internet connection.
• Smartphone with email capabilities.
• Designated professional, quiet space.
• 1 - 3 years' of construction experience preferred

Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 per year
