Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Estimator at CPR-Concrete Painting & Restoration located in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Project Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and cost management. The role will involve some remote work.
Qualifications
Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Budgeting skills
Cost Management and Communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Must know Excel)
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
