WATER OPERATOR 1 Ambler Borough Water Dept. seeks to fill a full-time union position of Operator 1 involving semi-skilled field work. 24/7 response required for water problems or emergencies. Valid class B license with air brakes preferred. This semi-skilled field work involves routine water meter reading and entry level technical water systems operations work. This employee is also responsible for checking and installation of new water meters, water main and reading devices and maintenance duties. Must be a high school or Vo-Tech Graduate . EOE.
