Arthrex, Inc, is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education. The Talent Acquisition team is actively seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team at our Naples, FL campus . The Talent Sourcer will use various channels to search for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees. This position requires an experienced professional with savvy sourcing skills and delivery of high-caliber talent that will result in hires for the company. This position is fast paced and requires someone with experience working for a company with high-volume recruiting needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks and at local events to develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Be diligent with understanding technology and trends thereby, providing insights and ideas of effective and innovative sourcing channels.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management by conducting in-depth screening of potential candidates.

  • Craft and communicate creative nontraditional recruiting messages.

  • Closely partner with specialists, hiring managers, and product teams to understand business objectives and recruitment goals.

  • Coordinate with specialists and hiring managers to determine position requirements and understand key profiles.

  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, complete interviews, receive offers and join our team.

  • Develop relationships with community partners to build a pipeline of talent.

  • Promote our employer brand externally and employee referral program internally.

  • Effectively source and deliver high-caliber talent to the business.

  • Effectively screen candidates with respect to their knowledge, skills, and ability against the requirements before delivery.

  • Continuously build a pipeline of high-quality talent thru boolean search, research, and internal/external business connections


  • Proactively engage with specialists and provide ongoing status of sourcing activities.

  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years direct talent sourcing experience required (technical recruiting is a plus)

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role with sourcing and closing a high-volume of quality candidates

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

  • Strong influencing skills, a passion for inclusive recruiting practices, and exceptional attention to detail

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:


  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools.

  • Ability to comprehensively understand hiring manager needs and to intuitively connect the dots between prospects and positions.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems & internet search engines.

  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external

  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

  • Strong collaborative work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Highly proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, and specialized software. Experience using an ATS (Success Factors preferred).
