Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive office environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.

  • Assist with inventory management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

  • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of basic HR procedures is a plus.
