We are in need of a Temporary Front Office Assistant for 30 plus days for a Property Management company in Irvine. This role is in office, and full time hours. Please apply if you are open to TEMP opportunities.
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant You will perform clerical and administrative functions for the Front Desk and multiple office departments.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls, tracfer calls, take messages
Mail, Fed-Ex, UPS
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
