About the Role:

The Amazon Sales Support Analyst Role is responsible for supporting sales representatives across the Amazon sales region. This non-sales position assists the Amazon VP and Key Account Director (KAD) by identifying new projects, managing customer-facing activities and driving administrative efficiency. May coordinate with the sales and technical team in support of the sale of the company’s products.

Candidates located in Pacific Time Zone preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborates with VP, KAD and Marketing to develop an effective plan for the accounts, to include events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.

  • Uses account planning and management skills to assist the KAD when addressing customer needs in a timely manner and with competitive solutions.

  • Timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data is required for this role (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.).

  • Being a trusted resource for sales on the strategic account sales process as well as CrowdStrikes’ Pricing & Packaging policies.

  • Shares Best Practices & advises on how to package, price and quote flex activations.

  • Drives and manages attendance for large scale customer events and conferences.

  • Communicates company news/product updates to existing customers and prospects.

  • Provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.

  • Travel < 25%, but the incumbent is expected to attend and represent CrowdStrike at key marketing/sales and company events.

What You'll Need:

  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred

  • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model

  • 5 + years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management

  • Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process

  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.

  • Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Experience driving attendance for and coordinating large scale customer events quarterly and at conferences.

Bonus Points:

  • Utilizes professional and educational training, along with relevant previous experiences, to gain understanding of Amazon's decision-making process, goals, and business objectives.

  • Understands general business and technical context of Amazon.

  • Functional knowledge of security software solutions, software business value concepts and the company’s products.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
