We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner! The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and business units and serves as a consultant to management on HR related issues. This role has a broad area of HR responsibility including talent assessments, guiding, and coaching supervisors on principles, policies, compensation, performance and disciplinary actions, and employee relations. This role is crucial in building culture and advancing our talent position to support the business in delivering on their objectives. The HRBP works with other HR colleagues to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Human Resources functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, implementation and administration of human resources programs and employment policies, training and development, and compliance with Human Resource laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to influence leaders and colleagues, deliver constructive advice, identify, and resolve problems, and positively influence change.
  • Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on change management and employee development.
  • Drive innovation to include automation of transactional HR work and leverage shared capabilities across the business.
  • Strategically focus on attracting, selecting, developing, and retaining motivated individuals
  • Effectively handle employee concerns and/or grievances and escalate these concerns as necessary.
  • Manage complex employee issues to resolutions, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations related to workplace matters.
  • Coach managers and serve as a sounding board on people-related decisions while mitigating risks.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to all day-to-day human resources matters from employees and managers.
  • Provide direction and support to all levels of management, particularly in employee engagement, change management, and leadership.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies.
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop and provide training on HR-related topics.
  • Mitigate risk to the organization and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in various projects as necessary.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of job-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
  • HRIS/ADP experience is required.
