As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue through compelling and strategic paid and organic social media campaigns for Blue Nile. In this role, you will work with our partners to define a cohesive social strategy along with pertinent execution plans for the Blue Nile social ecosystem that aligns with high-level brand strategy. Essential to the position is the ability to define content strategy, grow and engage audiences, and analyze performance to inform plans, all while maintaining brand integrity and consistency. We are looking for an individual who has a love for strategic planning and a passion for leveraging social & creator/influencer marketing to strategically build brands, capture attention, and drive engagement and revenue. This role will primarily manage Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and influencers through our agency partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Implement a holistic approach to social media management, integrating paid and organic strategies seamlessly.
  • Effectively communicate overarching business objectives and social media strategy to both social agencies
  • Provide creative direction and ensure brand alignment for both paid and organic social media initiatives.
  • Generate comprehensive creative briefs for our internal team for each promotional campaign and holiday, maintaining a monthly schedule.
  • Collaborate with agency to ensure the timely delivery of assets for both paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Review and provide feedback on the content calendar created by the organic agency, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Develop and ensure execution of an aggressive testing roadmap for both paid and organic social initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and spearhead new channel initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead the launch of influencer strategies within the organic social space, fostering authentic partnerships.
  • Analyze performance metrics and execute incrementality tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, or marketing required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in social media strategy and/or related digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue and traffic through social media initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing programs.
  • Exceptional understanding of the social media + digital landscape, best practices, and social analytics tools and metrics.
  • Continuously following social media trends and has a clear POV on how brands have been successful in the space.
  • Entrepreneurial individual who can dive in, be an owner, and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience spear heading projects and managing workload.
  • Analytical mindset that connects strategies with tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors.

Base pay $90,000 - $115,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
