About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Open Platform Expert with a strong background in the e-commerce industry. This role focuses on understanding the development trends of open platform technologies within the SaaS industry and providing strategic advice based on the unique characteristics of the e-commerce sector. The ultimate goal is to enhance the experience and efficiency of developers on our platform and to contribute to building a globally competitive open platform ecosystem for e-commerce independent sites.
What You Will Do:
- E-commerce Industry and Technology Trend Analysis: Gain deep insights into the trends and demands of the e-commerce industry, continuously track the latest developments in API technology and open platforms, and conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Product Strategy Advice and Support: Offer customized strategic advice for product innovation and platform optimization, tailored to the e-commerce industry's specifics.
- Developer Empowerment and Support: Establish and maintain a developer support system, including documentation, technical support, and training, to increase developer activity and efficiency on the platform.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure coordinated support and a unified strategy for developers.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A professional with at least 5 years of relevant technical experience in the SaaS or e-commerce industry, familiar with open platform technologies such as APIs and their applications in e-commerce.
- Capable of identifying technical needs from an e-commerce perspective and developing effective product strategy solutions.
- Experienced in building technical support systems and engaging in technical collaborations within the e-commerce sector.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional team collaborations effectively, driving the development of products and ecosystems.
- Proficient in data analysis, able to utilize data to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.
