Role overview

**Must be located in the Tri-State area and able to go into the New York office in accordance with our hybrid office model. **

At Archetype Brands you will help deliver work that helps clients transform their business and takes the world forward.

As an Associate Director of Strategy you will be responsible for consulting with our clients on how to increase their brand's value through various brand creation, rebrand, and brand activation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver brand strategy projects for major international or Fortune 500 clients, with demonstrable expertise in brand positioning, naming, brand architecture, brand valuation/analytics, internal brand engagement, and market positioning development.
  • Develop brand strategy and evolving that strategy into activations that drive organizational change.
  • Help companies translate brand strategy into meaningful change for employees and customers.
  • Drive strategy for large, multinational clients and you'll be at ease offering brand advice and consultancy to the C-Suite.
  • Provide consultations to clients with a high degree of acumen and confidence
  • Report to the SVP, Strategy a member of the leadership team.

As a Senior Brand Strategist at Archetype Brands, you will:

? Lead strategy development and delivery for rebrand, and brand activation / awareness projects
• Take a lead role in development of brand strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to grow brand value.
  • Conduct industry analysis and brand discovery audits of both offline and online channels.
  • Synthesize analyses from brand discovery audits to form the story for client presentations.
  • Play a leadership role within Strategy to expand our practice and product offerings.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to execute brands beautifully and boldly and drive amazing client experiences.
  • Work with Client Management and the Leadership Team to grow client business, develop proposals and formalize scopes of work for those efforts.
