Job Description:

A thriving community services, start-up firm in Denver is seeking a technical Product Manager to join their team. This company is very well established and has seen tremendous growth over recent years. In fact, they've been tripling their revenue growth year over year. This new position is open due to the growth and evolution of the department, which will allow this individual to truly take ownership and directly see the impact of their technical contributions as well as "own" all aspects of product strategy, roadmap, deliverables, and prioritization to drive application value that is vital for company growth at a national level. This role also allows for the unique ability to move into higher-level, leadership positions fairly quickly.

You'll work with operations and engineering teams and be responsible for defining the product roadmap, communicating with key external and internal stakeholders, and shipping new features for their customers. Additionally, you will take new products from ideation to launch. You will be expected to contribute in thought leadership to support the overall company growth strategy.

***This will be a remote or hybrid on-site position, as such only local candidates in the Denver area will be considered.***

General Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Product Manager role leading agile teams supporting internal systems and web-based solutions.
  • 5 years experience in strategy, roadmap, design, development and delivery of analytics product and business intelligence solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of internal systems and web application best practices
  • Strong technical expertise in visualization tools, executive and operational dashboard design & reporting that drive data driven story and insights to persuade and make decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving the product development process from beginning to end which includes user story definition, grooming, commitment, and delivery
  • Preferred technical knowledge of core AWS Services, Architecture best practices, and Design Patterns.
