Position: Land Development Utility Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate from start to finish all submittals, designs, scheduling of electrical line extensions with SRP and APS to service Nexstar's residential projects
Facilitate all communication with surveyors for minor land divisions, topos, surveys and staking
Work with Maricopa and Pinal County to receive minor land divisions approvals and to receive new tax parcel numbers
Coordinate with engineers, municipalities and private water companies to extend waterlines including ADEQ approvals
Coordinate the approval process for drilling and installing wells
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Quickly become proficient in reading and understanding construction plans
Understanding of the residential land development process
Ability to build relationships with team members, engineers, surveyors, public utilities and municipalities
YOU WILL BE AN AWESOME ADDITION TO THE TEAM IF:
You are organized, detailed, and in a kind way can drive all parties including engineers, surveyors, public utilities and municipalities to meet deadlines and complete work in a timely manor
Aptitude to problem solve and prioritize assignments/workload
You are a Self-starter and self-motivated to "figure it out" without being told what to do
You act with integrity and maintain a great relationship with all parties throughout the land development process
You are excited to work with one of the top home builders in the valley
