We are looking for an outgoing individual who is organized, can handle multiple ongoing tasks, and has great communication skills. Some of the daily responsibilities would be:
Inputting of applications for all lines of business
Answering incoming calls and directing them as needed
Calling and scheduling meetings for clients
Maintain office spreadsheets and monthly bill payments and office supplies
Maintaining and updating social media accounts
Client and business reporting to enhance efficiency
Compensation and benefits negotiable based on experience.
