Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of projects related to Health Care Provider (HCP) Engagements, in addition to identifying gaps and proposing new processes and tools for improvement
Support Therapeutic Area Manager with recurring daily administrative tasks
Act as an additional point of contact for all activities involving HCPs within the specific therapeutic area
Aid in consistent and compliant operations required for all Speaker engagements including work pertaining to entire lifecycle of HCP Engagement
Support the execution of programming including ensuring complete and accurate closeout, attendee reconciliation, speaker remediation, insights gathering, etc.
Manage questions and concerns from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
