Our real estate investment and management company is searching for a reliable and task-oriented Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will support senior leadership and the assistant property managers with a variety of daily operational tasks and the on-going property management over 50 shopping centers in Southern California. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-pasted environment.
Responsibilities • Answering phones and directing calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic • Depositing accounts receivables from tenants and coordinating payments of invoices for shopping centers • Updating tenant financial records and statements using Yardi Voyager (Accounting Software) • Sorting incoming mail and packages and sending out mail • Overseeing inventory of office supplies and ordering additional materials as needed • Maintaining, organizing and filing paper and electronic copies of tenant and landlord records
Qualifications • Previous experience as an office assistant or executive assistant preferred (1-2 years) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Bilingual (English/Korean) candidates highly preferred • Eligible to work legally in the U.S.
