ShuffleLabs Account-Project Manager

ShuffleLabs' premier integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS), ShuffleExchange, is a cutting-edge integration product that has a high conversion rate, catalyzing the need and opportunity for an Account Manager to expand ShuffleLabs'.

The unique nature of the iPaaS high procurement rate is the reason for combining the roles of account and project management. Most integration implementations are comparatively small requiring dedicated but limited project management resources while the account management business development potential is high. ShuffleLabs is looking for an exceptionally motivated individual with capacity to serve in this dual role.

Account-Project Manager Responsibilities:

The desired Account Manager is flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to our clients. The main responsibility is to make sure a company's clients and prospect are being served effectively by:
  • Working through the complete sales cycle, including coordinating with sales solutions, with prospects to close deals
  • Coordinate with sales solutions
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain current business to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests
  • Acting as the clients' representative and advocate to ensure that their needs and expectations are met with a focus on improving the client experience
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, as appropriate to a project
  • Delegating tasks on the project to staff best positioned to complete them
  • Communicating with leadership, as requested, to keep the project aligned with client goals
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Account Manager Skills:

  • Capacity to track multiple tasks and clients in parallel
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and support

Specific Individual Requirements:
  • Five+ years software technology experience
  • Strong proficiency with spoken and written communication
