Job Title: Salesforce Lead

Job Location: Pittsburg, PA, Dallas, TX

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on LWC, CPQ, and the ability to lead the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new features.
  • Architect and design robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using LWC components and CPQ to streamline sales processes and workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, guiding them in best practices for LWC and CPQ development.
  • Customize and configure CPQ to meet complex pricing and quoting requirements, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless business process flow.
  • Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and technical debt within Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies, CPQ, and LWC, and apply them to enhance Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide support and guidance to end-users, training, and documentation for Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.

Solid Salesforce resource who can effectively engage with stakeholders and facilitate requirement and design discussion of setup of a sales journey for merchant product. This journey should encompass various stages, starting from lead/prospect management, opportunity management, application intake, CPQ (configure price quote), and a seamless handoff from sales to service for implementation or provisioning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes, pricing methodologies, and product configuration.
  • Experience leading Salesforce development projects, including the implementation of LWC and CPQ solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
