Assist in content development for a variety of internal communications: newsletters, presentations, flyers, emails.
Manage and maintain the organization's Confluence pages to keep content up to date and relevant, create surveys, posts blogs, etc.
Identifies issues and opportunities, consults with organization on all aspects of communication, and engages other parts of the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message.
Help coordinate and execute all events and town halls. Tasks would include but are not limited to, content development, ordering catering, reserving room/space, cost research, in-person support, pre and post-event tasks, etc.
Assist with information gathering for various deliverables, such as presentations, town halls, blog posts, nominations, recognitions, team accomplishments, reporting, etc.
Use collaboration tools and communication forums such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams to facilitate messages, team transparency and tasks.
Design help with PowerPoint slides.
Required Skills: • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, confluence, Jira • Manage a project, take it and run with it • Interest in technology, or learning new technologies • Nice to have/Flex Skills: Design skills would be a bonus

Education Required:
