Job Description:

As the External Affairs Coordinator for this non-profit association, you will provide administrative support to the executives and team members of the External Affairs department. You will be responsible for receiving all incoming callers and visitors to the office and providing them with exceptional customer service. Main duties include maintaining calendars, creating travel arrangements, and composing/editing written communication materials. You will also assist in event planning and implementation with the department team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to jump in and provide assistance wherever is needed.

About the Job:
  • Manage a busy calendar, complete expense reports, draft correspondence, and arrange travel plans.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the depart budget.
  • Receive all incoming callers and visitors to the office.
  • Maintain and organize team files and department records.
  • Proofread communication materials and draft monthly newsletters.
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination and execution of internal and external events.

  • Experienced. A Bachelor's Degree and/or project coordination experienced is preferred.
