Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools to extract meaningful insights from large HR domain datasets
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and trends to stakeholders
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity if data
Investigate and resolve data quality issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
Create and maintain documentation for data processes, procedures, and standards built within Collibra
Facilitate knowledge transfer by providing training sessions and documentation to end-users on Collibra functionality
Clearly communicate project goals, responsibilities to team members, and roles
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of data governance policies with business needs
Develop and implement an effective data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for managing and ensuring data quality and integrity
Qualifications:
Core Data Analyst, with analytical skills and data aptitude
HR domain is a plus, not required
Financial services industry is helpful
Must have advanced SQL and Excel skills
6+ months of experience
Demonstrated knowledge or experience with personally identifiable information, data governance, and data catalog required.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
Experience with Collibra or other data catalog and governance tool preferred
Must be local and available to go onsite
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
