Job Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects by optimizing resource assignments based on workforce availability, performance, and geographic considerations.
Short and long-term Opex and Capital construction projects with internal and external contractor crews to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
Seamless execution of projects by managing internal processes, including ordering materials, providing job cards and drawings, and collecting as-builts upon project completion.
Mitigate scheduling risks, field conditions, and equipment issues, recommending appropriate actions to maintain project timelines.
Be the primary point of contact for relevant third parties, providing guidance and support to ensure informed decision-making and adherence to construction schedules.
Attend construction meetings with stakeholders to optimize scheduling and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
1+ years of Project Coordination/Management experience focused on construction projects.
Experience working in the Utility or Construction Industry.
Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to travel as required.
