Job Details :
Review organizations processes for continuous improvement, and ensure customer is receiving a defect free product safely, timely and efficiently.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
May write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
Audits - X2 per week
3 defects (MUST investigate each issue monthly) Focus on top 3 (80%)
RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action).
5Why and corrective action plan.
Implement corrective action with team.
Monitor corrective action implementation for sustainability.

Record all serial numbers of issues that have impacted our quality (for example: torque checks).
Document when we began our containment in our nonconforming tool and list all serial numbers that have been impacted by the check in the AQE database.
