Looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for an Annapolis Junction, MD-based mixed commercial general contractor. Diverse portfolio of projects including healthcare, corporate office interiors, tenant fit outs, mission critical facilities, higher education, sports facilities, and some retail/restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established general contractor with a solid pipeline of work in the Baltimore area!
Core Responsibilities:
Support Project Management team from bidding through close-out
Participate in project scheduling, bidding, take-offs, procurement, and other tasks as needed.
Manage RFI's, submittals, and change orders and other project documentation.
All projects are renovations and fit-outs up to $8M, a lot of projects in the $300k - $1M range. They do not do any base build work.
To be successful in this role:
Construction related degree preferred.
2-3 years' experience within a commercial general contractor or mechanical/electrical subcontractor
Procore experience
Estimating and bidding experience are a bonus.
Field experience is a bonus.

Base salary ranges up to $75k plus bonus potential up to 10% of salary.
