Our Investment Banking client is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join their M&A team. You will work closely with senior bankers and have access to excellent deal flow while working with highly skilled MDs on complex transactions. This role will cover a wide range of industry subsectors and is an excellent opportunity to gain M&A banking experience and reps at a firm with an collaborative culture, excellent training and upward mobility.
Responsibilities:
Execution of sell-side M&A deals for healthcare clients
Conducting financial analysis including modeling, valuation and due diligence
Assisting senior bankers with client meetings/presentations
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in any of the following; Audit & assurance, Transaction Advisory (TAS), Investment Banking (IB), Equity Research, Private Equity, Corporate Development
You must be confident building three statement models, DCF and LBO models from scratch (this will be tested in interview)
Experience working with financial statements and understand the relationships between them
Excellent analytical skills are mandatory for this position.
