NELCO is seeking a Construction Project Administrator. The position will work closely with the Finance Department to initiate vendor payments, monitor lien releases, processing of foreign currency payments, as well as collections for assigned projects and clients.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associates degree required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience performing project administration for a general contractor or subcontractor
Thorough knowledge of billing/invoicing using purchase orders and subcontracts
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; deadline-driven
Job Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with multiple project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects
Complete all documents and procedures necessary to administer new projects, contract to close
Manage projected customer payments and retention amounts for projects
Approve change orders submitted by project management teams
Assist in obtaining weekly payroll information by project
Perform basic accounting and job costing tasks
Enter vendor invoices
