Our Associate Opportunity
Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 plus bonus
Location: 155 Federal Street, 11th Floor, Boston MA 02110
As an Associate at Floyd Advisory, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch consulting services to our clients. From data gathering to financial analysis, you'll be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to hone your consulting and teamwork skills while managing day-to-day tasks on client engagements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Engagement Team Collaboration: Contribute as a valued member of the engagement team by executing tasks, supporting team members, and assisting in project administration.
Analytical Support: Under guidance, provide crucial analytical support to projects, ensuring our solutions exceed client needs and expectations.
Document Management: Create and maintain work product, including documents and data, ensuring accuracy and organization throughout the project lifecycle.
Skill Development: Continuously build consulting skills and analytical techniques through client engagements and by seizing opportunities for training, attending conferences, and pursuing certifications.
Quality Assurance: Provide analytical support and quality assurance to uphold the highest standards in our work product.
Knowledge Enhancement: Develop deep practice knowledge to stay informed of market events and changes and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Client Interaction: Respond to basic client inquiries and cultivate strong working relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
To be considered, you'll need:
Experience: One to three years of experience in an accounting or financial role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Certification: Working towards or willingness to pursue certifications such as CPA, CFE, or CFA is preferred.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated research skills and understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
Software Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
