Executive Administrative Assistant needed for Madera organization. This is a contract position with the potential to be a permanent role. This is a 9/80 schedule which provides every other Friday off.
Location: Madera, CA
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary range: $23-29 per hour
Qualifications:
5 years of increasingly responsible experience in an administrative support role
High school diploma required, AA degree or higher in Business/Office Management preferred
Duties:
Secretarial support including typing and proofreading of confidential documents
Maintaining calendar of activities and meetings
Board meeting management including taking minutes, preparing agenda packets and report compiling
Record management
Participates in special projects as assigned
