The Showing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in showcasing homes to clients and driving the sales process forward. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including conducting property showings, participating in inspections, hosting open houses, property photography sessions, and managing other appointments integral to the sales journey. Essential attributes for this role include exceptional communication, adept time management, organizational prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and a flexible approach. Our ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments with multiple tasks and can swiftly organize their responsibilities. The Showing Coordinator will directly report to the Listing Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading Showings of Clients Homes
  • Being Present for Photography Appointments of Clients Homes
  • Attending Various Inspections and Appointments at Clients Homes
  • Tracking and Reporting Feedback of Appointments to Necessary Parties (Clients, Listing Team, etc.)
  • Hosting Open Houses and Reporting Feedback to Necessary Parties (Clients, Listing Team, etc.)
  • Execution of the Closing Gift Creation and Delivery Process for Closed Sales
  • Implementation of the KBRE Client Appreciation Program
  • Creating Property Write Ups and Flyers for listings (*When Time Allows)
  • Selecting Property Photos to be used in Marketing Materials (*When Time Allows)
  • Assisting the Buying Team (*When Needed)

Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills are Necessary
  • Organizational Skills are Required
  • Patience in Evolving Circumstances is Needed (i.e. Cancellations, Re-Scheduling, Etc.)
  • Real Estate License Required Prior to Hiring
  • Must Have Reliable Transportation - Car Required
  • Must be Within a 45 Minute Commute of Orange, CA
