The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in orchestrating inventory programs and overseeing plant finite schedules, collaborating closely with counterparts in Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Customer Service, the Planner ensures streamlined manufacturing processes.

Focus:
Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, enhancing overall company profitability.
Cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts within the assigned territory.
Travel to regularly visit and engage with customers, offering tailored product presentations and training sessions.
Secure long-term contracts and supply agreements, strengthening business relationships and ensuring customer loyalty.
Develop and implement key account plans for top clients, aligning sales strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Engage in disciplined account management, including inventory and stock management, accounts receivable monitoring, and pipeline management.
Participate in sales team meetings, contributing to pipeline reviews and strategic discussions.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
10 years of experience in production order management and 5 years in inventory management.
Preferred certification in CPIM and/or CSCP, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Excel and MRP systems with a strong analytical skill set.
Thorough understanding of inventory management principles and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Adaptive to changing work environments and capable of managing competing demands.
Highly organized with a strong work ethic and integrity.
