Senior Retention Marketer to help run the Email and SMS Marketing channels. This position will develop, manage and execute strategies to increase engagement, first-time purchases, retention & LTV throughout all of channels (website, Amazon, wholesale).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Manage and implement batch, automated lifecycle, and transactional messaging via digital channels (email, SMS, push notifications).
? Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brief, collect, develop, and construct content for emails and SMS.
? Develop and maintain performance reports for email and SMS to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI meetings.
? Analyze customer data and derive actionable insights and retention strategies, considering cohorts, customer segments, and lifetime value.
? Enhance digital channels by extending email and SMS strategies to incorporate the latest best practices and platform capabilities.
? Discover potential areas for improvement through testing and optimization efforts.
? Create and refine segmentation and personalization strategies for both batch and automated messages, aiming to enhance lifecycle campaigns.
? Work with the marketing team and media buyers to conceive and monitor initiatives aimed at fostering healthy list growth.
? Partner with graphic artists to manage and oversee all aspects of email development. Provide insight on industry best practices and help with email copywriting
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject required
? 5+ years of related experience in Email and SMS Marketing and or proven track record of growing email and SMS channels for an e-commerce brand
? Expert in working with ESP platforms - Klaviyo
? Experience working with SMS platform - Attentive
? Knowledge in HTML and CSS for email development
? Experience in creating and maintaining automated workflows
? Strong analytical skills
? Proficient in Excel and data tools
? Confident knowledge of Google Analytics
? Strong project management skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
? Self-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company
