The Manager of Patient Access Operations is responsible for planning, implementing and facilitating organizational change while establishing and evaluating performance standards and productivity measures

Someone who is good with writing processes and procedures, an individual who has worked on process improvement projects.

Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks
Monitors staff performance issues and involves appropriate Human Resources, management or legal staff as needed
Requirements:
Must have bachelors degree / HS Diploma
Must have at least 5 Years of Patient Access Experience (3 of those ideally in a Manager position) is required
Must have COVID/flu shots
ED Experience is a plus but not required
EPIC Experience
Other Information:
This position is hybrid. The patient access manager will be able to work from home a few days a week if not needed on site.
